The hotel has amazing rooms with panoramic windows and great views, although there was a slight decline since my first visit. The service was professional and very helpful in every situation. The location is excellent, easy to access, and right near a big bus station. The dining experience was good overall, except for some inconsistencies during breakfast.

The hotel offers a big room with comfortable beds, but at times, the carpet on the floor can make it feel cold on your feet. The early Friday check-out is convenient, but some amenities may be missing like soap and towels. Ceren provided helpful service with photocopies and stapling, but there were language barriers with some staff members.
